How to end course when user fails quiz?

What is the best way to do this? Every way I try fails.

I set up "Pass Required" and also "If Failing Grade > Exit" ....and then everything locks up before the quiz results page.

I set up "Optional - User Can Slip Quiz" and also "If Failing Grade > Exit" ....and it doesn't exit.

If by "Exit" you're talking about wanting to have the browser window close by itself when the course module ends, that is dependent on a number of factors.

To test whether or not your course Pass/Fail actions ARE indeed working, make sure there are at least one or two slides placed AFTER the Quiz Results slide.  Mark those slides with some text so that you know when you reach them.  Then test to find out whether the course is getting BEYOND the quiz results slide.  If it IS, then the quiz actions you have set are working fine.  Your issue is NOT there, or with the Quiz > Required option.
