How to insert an MP4 into a Captivate 8 Responsive project

I want to insert an MP4 video file into a responsive project.  I'm looking for the "insert object" feature ... like in MS PowerPoint, etc. so that the entire file gets inserted into the captivate file.

The Insert menu has been deprecated a lot with the new UI (CP8). It only has a limited set of options, not for objects at all.

Objects have to be inserted with the Big Button Bar. For Video use the Mefia button on that BBB.

    Hi,

Do you want learners to play the video or download it to their systems? If you want them to download you would use a "click box" and then set it to "open URL or file" in the property manager.

    Captivate doesn't work like PowerPoint.

    Cheers

    Steve
