How to publish to Adobe connect with Captivate 9.0.2.421 when it is not connecting to server?

Captivate 9 is not finding my Adobe Connect site for publishing. Error message is "Not Found-The selected resource does not exist" .  Tryed reinstalling, creating a new document, all fail to connect.  Did not have this problem before.
