How to publish video showing mouse movements only?

I would like to be able to have my recorded mouse movements published separately from the recorded video itself, so that I can bring both the video and mouse in as separate layers in After Effects, so that I can add image layers and effects on top of the video without hiding the recorded cursor movements.

Is there a solution or workaround for this?
