HTML animation in Captivate 9

I want to insert an HTML animation in Captivate 9. I made it in Raptivity. When I zipped the file and tried to insert it, it just keeps "loading."  Can anyone help?

    Try using a web object and have the HTM file from the Raptivity animation play in the Web Object.

    Tried that, but I get a "can't find file" message when I preview. I tried a couple of different file names (following instructions from Raptivity), but it still won't work. I wonder why I can easily insert an HTML animation from E-Learning Brothers but not from Raptivity.
