HTML5 hyperlinks not working in published file on Droid and IOS

In the Captivate 8 file, I  have inserted hyperlinks to be opened in a new window. They work fine on the computer, but the links do not open on tablet or iPad. On tablet, clicking the link actually causes the file to go to the next slide.

Is there a fix for this? Thank you.

    Hi,

    Are you trying to publish Cp8 file using captivate8 or Captivate9?Do you notice the issue on some specific device or browser?

    We are using Captivate 8 and publishing to AICC and HTML5. We test on Samsung tablets using Chrome and on the iPad using Safari and Chrome and on both devices the links do not open. The links open when the published file is played on a computer.
