Hello,

This must be an old issue, but I haven't been able to dig up a response.

I have published a couple of Cp7 projects for both SWF and HTML5. Project dimensions are 1100 x 650. The 'Scalable HTML content' option is off. Have published as a zip file, which has been uploaded to our LMS.

On a desktop this plays fine. On a smartphone it plays, but the movie is far too big for the screen. Have tried with both Chrome and FF, but this makes no difference.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Best regards,

Marvin DuBois

The 'Scalable HTML content' option is off.

Turn this option on, then the content will scale to screen on all devices.

I'm not sure if there is a away to have it not scale on desktop and scale on mobile, think it's either all or nothing.

    To RH-86,

Thank you for this. I've followed your advice, and it seems to have made a difference. In fact, the course still doesn't play completely correctly on a mobile device, but turning the 'scalable' option on seems to have solved the immediate problem. Thank you again.
