Question

I am new to Captivate. I am trying to make a quiz and add a image to the quiz slide, but it keeps going to the back. Arrange is not active. How do you a image on top of the quiz slide?

Hi there

May I ask why it's an issue? What would you hope to achieve by having the image as top most layer?

I ask, because depending on your answer there may be alternate ways to accomplish your goal.

Cheers... Rick

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for getting back to me. Originally, I wanted to have a multiple choice question requiring the learner to identify a picture. Once I learned adding a picture to the slide wasn't possible, I created a drag and drop slide.

Thanks again,

Liz

Sorry to correct: you can add an image to a question slide, but it will be under the embedded objects. You can put it in a location where there is no embedded object.

All embedded quiz objects - those who have no visible timeline, are always

on top of custom added objects. Sorry, that is its very strict design.

The default quiz objects (buttons, answer captions, title caption, etc) are always above any object you add to the same slide.  You cannot control this.
