The download is a .zip, correct? Are you UNzipping that file first, then running the installer?

Don't just double-click the .zip then run the installer - it's still inside the .zip and will likely fail.

If you are extracting the .zip to a folder, then running the installer...

Be sure you are logged-in with Administrator rights when you install. If you cannot, you need someone to do that for you.

Did you download from the Adobe site? It is a very large file, and they use a download manager.
