I have tried download to a zip and then uploading. It uploads but then the link only spins, or stays in process mode. Anyone else having this problem?

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same problem, too. First time doing this and I get the same response. I don't see anywhere to export it to a zip file, though, to try it that way. I have Captivate 9.

Can I just publish it to device as usual and then zip that up? Or upload the individual files manually?

I did figure out how to save as a zip file and was able to upload it to Connect. But, now, just like you, it just shows a spinning/loading thing and never runs.

It runs fine on Mac/PC, every browser, iPad, iPhone ... but I cannot get it to run from Adobe Connect.

This is really bad. I can't get this to work and there is nobody to help. I don't know what else to do.
