I have subscription for Adobe Captivate 9 but I can only open Captivate 8

Hello,

I have subscription for Adobe Captivate 9 and I created all my files with Captivate 9. Unfortunately my old Mac crashed and since I got a new one I can only install Adobe Captivate 8. Of course I can't open any of the old files that I would like to continue to work with.

How can I get back to the Adobe Captivate 9?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Download trial version, when you log in with your Adobe ID it will be recognized.

    Did you try to install CP9 on that PC? With a subscription you can activate

    on two systems, log in with your Adobe ID

    The problem is I don't even see the install for CP9 (I attached a print screen below).

    I guess something went wrong, but I have no idea what.
