Question

I need a confirmation message when I click on close button

Is that possible to show a confirmation message when I click on exit button in player? When I upload the course in a LMS and run it, by default it doesn't ask for any confirmation rather it closes the project without any confirmation.

What version of SCORM are you using?

Yes I was talking about the default close button. And I am using SCORM 1.2.

    Hi Pop04

Maybe I have a solution. A click on your "exit-button" brings you to another slide. On this slide you can put your text (for example: "good bye". At the end of this slide (maybe after 3 seconds) you put your "Exit Action".

This is good idea, I can put another slide in which I'll have to put two button "Yes" and "No". If I user clicks on "Yes" he can exit the course but if he clicks on "No" then how can I send back the user to the slide he was watching?

Hmmm, I thought you were talking about the 'exit' button of a default playbar? This answer was for custom navigation buttons, where you can change the action performed by an 'Exit' button. You don't even need an extra slide in that case, just show a message that has a close button that really exits the course. However if you want to change the Exit button of a playbar (which one?) you'll need a programmer.
