What do you want really? To have one project created from two projects: copy/paste everything in one project, you just have to be sure they have the same resolution.

Or do you want to have only one file to upload, but keep the two projects separate? What about the aggregator?

Are those SCORM projects? In that case you need the SCORM packager.

Yes the projects in question are SCORM projects. Haven published different sections of the project in zip format. I would like to combine all the sections into a single project. How do i get the scorm packager? Thanks

The Adobe SCORM Packager comes with Captivate. But to use it you have to already publish each of the projects separately as valid SCORMs and they need to be published from the same version of Captivate and for the same SCORM version (e.g 1.2 or 2004).  The SCORM Packager will not package SCORMs created with other tools and the projects MUST be in ZIP format.
