trying to install adobe captivate 2017 on PC and keep getting error "The file archive of adobe captivate 2017 (32 Bit) is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Captivate 2017 (32 Bit). Please download all parts" and I have downloaded all parts ????.

Please verify that you have downloaded 2 files as part of installer - an .EXE and a .7Z file.
once both these are downloaded completely, you may invoke the installer by double clicking on the exe.
incase you still get an error, please verify the size of the downloaded files or you may download them again from the following link- https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/kb/captivate-downloads.html
Lieve Weymeis , we now have Captivate 2017 available in 32-bit as well. It was made available almost a month after launch.
