Installer failed to initialise

Hi,

When installing Adobe Captivate, I got the following message:

"installed failed to initialise. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem"

But I could not find Adobe Support Advisor on the Adobe website and further searches show that this item has been discontinued!

Can anyone help?
