How to switch licenses between two machines? I've heard that it is possible to install Windows on Mac. Will it help to run Captivate 8 for Win? Did anybody try? Thanks.

Check the information on this Adobe page. It indicates that Captivate versions 8 and 9 both allow installing on either Win and MAC.

Adobe - Adobe Captivate Support Center : Downloads

There are different downloads for PC and MAC but I see no mention of requiring two different user licenses.

Thanks for hope but it is empty.

I do not see how win exe file is doable for Mac. Yes I paid a lot of money to have CP8 for Win but I bought an Apple four weeks ago and I need CP8 here. How in the world am I going to make CP8 move now? Those patches are working to update current installed CP versions. But my Apple does not read exe files. So.... what to do? There should be installation link so I could enter the serial number and install CP on any of my machines.

Definitely, I am not going to put money for another CP version by trying to survive using free educational products and Apple lovely stuff and possibilities and CC which I did not have any problems to transfer.

AFAIK the licenses are not interchangeable at all. If  you run Windows on Mac you can install the Win license on a Mac.
