Issues with blurry PNGs in Captivate e-Learning Course

I launched my first Captivate e-learning course moments ago. It seems to work well, except that many of my photos (PNGs) are blurry. I previewed this a million times without any issues and my original rough draft of the project was fine.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing this? Should I have used JPEGs due to lower file size?

The same darn thing happened last night. After working on the project for hours, suddenly the photos became blurry--after I they had appeared normally for the previous several hours. Is this a file size issue?

So I closed Captivate, then reopened my project. Now the photos appear OK. I am losing my mind.

Make sure you are looking at the content at 100%.  If you are scaling the content either in Captivate Edit Mode or in the published output then you will lose resolution.
