Jeopardy game won't save in Captivate 8

This question was asked earlier this year by another member, but not answered. I created a Jeopardy game and entered all of my questions and answers, and clicked OK. When I previewed the game, the screen went blank after I clicked Start. I opened the widget again and all of my data was gone. The game was reset with all blank questions and answers. I tried multiple times to create a game and the same thing happened. At this point, I am unable to use the game. Any ideas? Thanks!

Currently, you will need to omit the apostrophe's from your text. We are aware of this issue and looking into it.

Are you typing the questions in, or copying and pasting from Word?

Word includes special characters in the text when you copy, it always causes issues when pasting into Captivate.

I am typing in the characters manually.

Hello,

Are you using any special symbols in your input text, like apostrophes or < / >

Please try entering plain text and see if it works?

Hi, yes it works without apostrophes, but does that mean I can't use any words with apostrophes? Is there a workaround? Thanks.
