Mac OS (el Capitan) Captivate 9 unable to import powerpoint

Using Mac OS X el Capitan, I can't import powerpoint ppt or pptx slides.

When confirming access to file (as I understand linked with the sandboxing concept) Captivate seems importing but suddenly hangs.

I had the problem 2 months ago and it was solved by latest captivate 9 update but trying it now again, the same symptoms and results.

Any idea ?

    I'm sorry that you didn't get any answer yet, only very few Mac-users around on this forum. I am a Win user, which means that I cannot give you an answer to this question. Just the usual questions: do you clear the Cache regularly? When installing the update did you clear the Preferences and follow the other installation instructions?
