Managing the menu in Multi SCO Packager 8

Is there a way to lock down the menu when the SCORM package is published from Multi SCO Packager? When the course is loaded, I don't want the learner to move on to the next topic until they have completed the current topic. Maybe something in a SCORM file that could be tweaked?? Thanks.
