Mobile view not showing.

I uploaded a Captivate 8 responsive course in Captivate Prime. I spent a lot of time adjusting the views at each breakpoint, but the view on an actual iPod is the same as the primary view. Is there something I need to do in the course to allow the tablet and mobile views? Thank you.

    In Captivate 8 iPad (I suppose you meant that tablet?) uses Primary breakpoint for landscape and Tablet breakpoint for portrait view. In Captivate 9 you can have both views as separate breakpoints

    It was actually an iPod and the view was the same whether I the iPod was vertical or horizontal. Does the iPod not get the mobile view?

    Sorry. What is the browser resolution of the iPod? I don't see it in the viewport website.
