Module not registering as complete

Hello!

I have an issue with one module in my LMS (TorchLMS, if that matters). I am using Captivate 2017.

When a person completes the module and fails the quiz, the module does not register as complete.

I have set the success criteria to "Quiz is attempted". The success criteria is set to "Quiz is passed", but that should affect the failure/success of the module, not its completion. What's weirder is that I have another module with the same settings that behaves perfectly. I want the module to always be considered completed if the learner has reached the Results slide.

The only idea I had in mind is that, originally, the module was set with the "Quiz is passed or the quiz attempt limit is reached" instead, and that when I update the SCORM file into the LMS, that setting does not get changed or something, but even uploading the new SCORM file under a different name did not resolve the issue.

I'm really at a loss with this and I don't know how to resolve it.
