I created a responsive project to be hosted in Wamp/Moodle 2.9-3.0 on our 2008R2 server. We're using a responsive Moodle 2.9 - 3.0 template (GUI) Our Captivate 9 responsive project was published as Scorm 1.2 zip file to HTML content only. When I viewed the course text and smart shapes (positions) objects do not scale properly when fluidly adjusting the Firefox (38.05) browser window on the server. We also tested locally using Firefox prior to uploading our course. In fixed break points everything flows properly. Scrolling through the local browser window however at 580, 542-487, 436-361 the responsive design does not adjust properly. Local browser responsive adjustments are better than in Moodle. We experimented setting objects with %, % relative and Auto values for text and smart shapes. I checked the "Smart Position" and they share consistent format references. Text not a part of a smart shape all have a left binding. The three text in the smart shape have 2 left and one right binding. Changing any of the format values does not produce properly adjusted text or smart shape locations for objects on slides . I have the following questions:

1. Is the Captivate 9 responsive design feature too immature at this point to use commercially. (it must consistently scale content)

2. Do all browsers supporting responsive design correctly handle %, % relative and Auto settings offered in Captivate 9.

3. What if any preference or format content settings were tested by Adobe in Moodle or any other LMS (not Captivate Prime) and are recommended.

4. Are there any text fonts recommended or have been tested which may help or were found to be problematic.

5. What's best practice for multiple objects on a slide, should they all have the same format settings.

6. What if any different format values are recommended for objects you can place on slides.

Thanks!
