My captivate windows and menus are partially displayed and I can't scroll or resize

Captivate Menu Problem

In Adobe Captivate version 9.0.2.437, I'm only seeing a portion of the windows and menus in the interface. I believe this problem started after I upgraded to Windows 10, but I'm not completely sure about that. See examples in the attached document.

I found this discussion on this site which references the same or a very similar problem, but the resolution instructions didn't work for me. I am using dual monitors.

Check the display percentage settings in Windows 10.  If the percentage is too high then you can sometimes get this issue.

Thanks Rod, that was it. I had tried changing some display settings, but hadn't tried the percentage.
