Note widget HTML 5 glitch

I'm working in Captivate 7 and inserting a Note widget into a few slides (don't want a project-wide Note, just certain slides). In the HTML5-published lesson when I click the Note's delete icon (X) the yes/no buttons in the resulting popup do not work. Or rather, in a few rare instances they do, usually they don't. It works fine when published in SWF or SWF/HTML 5. The problem occurs when I publish to HTML 5, and occurs whether I use Apple or PC device.

How do I fix this issue?
