I am getting the following message when uploading a file to our website.

null Uploaded successfully.
[ ] allow dialogs from {our website} to take you to their tab.

I have uploaded another file, with no issue.

I changed the file name, the publish name, and uploaded it as a new file.  "Null" is the file name.  The file was not uploaded successfully. (we were getting this message before filename change.)

I have to admit it has been 2.5 years since I have worked on this.  Someone else in the company took it over, and they have now tasked me to find out why the file is not loading.

File was originally created under Captivate 8, and then updated in Captivate 9 by another user. I am using Captivate 2017 (10).

I do not know if the file I am currently trying to upload is the original with changes, or a new file.

Could you please share more details here.

--Which type of file you are uploading to your website?

-- How do you upload the file to your website?

-- Does the website (word press/or some other) or FTP client gives you the error message?

The file is a Captivate file, published and zipped.

Found out what the problem was.  An imbedded video file, which increased the file size above the website's maximum size of 200 MB.

    Thanks,

Just wanted to know, are you using Moodle as your LMS?
