Percent scored versus points

I've built my course so that it is "Branching Aware" so that the student is only evaluated on the score for the questions that answer.

I need to run an advanced action that routes the student in a particular direction based on the percentage of the points they score and not the raw number of points.  However, I'm only finding system variables for the raw point score.

Any idea how I can tell Captivate to use a percentage of the points vs. the raw number?

Thanks.

Jay

I removed the question title.

Then you're going to need to replace all of the questions where you did this with new questions and this time DON'T remove any default captions.

They might look like ordinary non-important captions but they are actually special types of objects that ONLY appear on quiz questions and that MUST remain.  You can pull them off to the side so that they are mostly out of view but at least SOME part of these captions must remain on the stage otherwise your quiz questions will malfunction.

You missed cpInfoPercentage?

In this article you'll find a link to download a table with all system variables:  System variables in Captivate 8/9 - Captivate blog

I did Lilybiri.....I was looking for something under "quiz".  I'll give this a try and see what happens.

Thanks again!

Not all quizzing variables start with cpQuizInfo. There is also cpInReviewMode to give another example. Download that descriptive table from my blog, could be useful.
