Poor Controls in Video Import

When I bring an mp4 file into my course, pausing the video then starting it again sends it back to the beginning rather than picking up from where I paused.

And when I click in the time bar, it doesn't jump to the point where I click, it forces it bask to the start!

Obviously, I need my learners to be able to pause and restart at any point, and to be able to jump forward if they choose.

Help!

I'm using Captivate 8 on a Mac with OS X 10.10.2.
