Presentation does not play in LMS

I've published my presentation in HTML5 format in a Zip package with Presenter 11 and tried testing it in both my LMS and in my browser via the index.htm link from the extracted package. The only output I get for both is the Adobe Presenter spinning square of colors but the course does not load.  I'm sure this is a simple mistake, however, I've spent quite a bit of time reviewing support topics and other help and have found no solution.

Presenter 11 has some compatibilty issues with PPT 2016 (I'm making an assumption about you using that version of PPT). The result is that the HTML content doesn't play back correctly, as you are experiencing. Here is the fix:

Thanks, I believed that was the issue after I noted one of my older courses was working correctly.   It seems to be working for me now.
