Preview in HTML5 not working

I'm trying to preview my course in an HTML5 browser (IE10) and all I'm getting is the loading icon. Captivate 8.0.1.242, non-responsive project.

What could be the issue here?

Upload to a web server and test from there.

I was able to publish my course to Adobe Connect and watched it on IE10, but cannot watch it on an iPad. I've selected both SWF and HTML5 options for publishing.

You may want to select ONLY HTML5 for export, and focus on those results.
