Print out Captivate TOC data

Is there a way to extract or print out the TOC data to a Word, Excel, or PDF format. I have to review over 40 courses to find any duplicated topics so we can streamline the content/

    I don't know of any way to extract the TOC string itself.

    But if I had to check for duplicate topics I would probably be looking into using the File > Print option and selecting Handouts. This will give you a Word document showing all slides. You can then quickly scan through to find your duplicate topics. 

    Having the graphic of what is on the slide will be helpful because you may also find the duplicates don't share the same Slide Title or Slide Name.
