Problem loading videos after module be published

I'm having problems playing videos after I've published the module.

The videos are mp4 format and they work fine when I preview the module in captivate. But when I run the html in my laptop the videos  doesn’t load.

The videos are there but they never start…or they never stop loading.

    I had a similar issue when I uploaded my module to captivate prime. Some videos would not play, but if I exited the module and entered again, it would be fine sometimes. They were all multi-slide synced videos.

    I fixed this by deleting the video from my captivate project and reimporting into the timeline. After that it was fine, so give that a go. Also make sure your videos are mp4 format and encoded correctly. I used handbrake (for mac) to export mine, as it usually uses the correct encoders by default.

    Thank you for your help. But unfortunately the videos still don't work. I've deleted them from the project and re-inserted them... but nothing yet.

    They run properly in the published HTML version, but not in the SWF.
