Publish & Preview and mouse clicks no sound

I have a large Captivate file (Captivate 6) and when I preview all of the slides many of my mouse clicks don't come through. I went through each slide and enabled them by deselecting and reselecting the checkbox in the Properties but I'm wondering if size has anything to do with publishing or previewing properly. Large in my opinion is 300 slides.
