Publish the content importerd by PowerPoint

We are can´t publish out content on Captivate . This content firs was imported from PowerPoint.

The HTML5 is generated but doesn´t work the animation and interactions when published.

Importing content from PowerPoint to Captivate will just mean that the PPT slides end up as background graphics in the Captivate slides.  The PPT animations will not be brought over.

Bottom line is that if you want animation in the final product, you need to get rid of PPT and just build from the ground up in Captivate.
