Publishing in Captivate v9 not playing in Custom size

Hi

I have created and a published a project at 950 x 560. I published to swf and html5 and it plays back in the correct size window. I then saved the project as a new name and edited it and published again but it is playing at 100% and not to the window size. I have compared the two .htm files and one has the correct settings - "Captivate", "951", "591", "10", "#CCCCCC"). The other is showing "Captivate", "100%", "100%", "10", "#CCCCCC");

I cant find anything different in the Publish Settings. Can someone please help?
