Quiz Crashes

Question

Hi,captivate 9.Anyone experience while in a quiz and submitting an answer the course defaults back to the course beginning (slide 1)?Furthermore, in my experience, when the quiz does this crazy crash, and I eventually get through the learning content again and then reach the quiz, my previous submitted answers are there, but dimmed, and the user cannot advance. This course is in testing now, so it could be caused by going through the questions a little bit quickly, but that should not be a factor IMO.This is html5 scorm in a moodle LMS.Any ideas? It has happened to me 5 times today. If it happens, which really isnt acceptable, it'd be less alarming if the user could proceed with the quiz.

I would have also suggested using SCORM Cloud to test, but I would also like to know if perhaps this is a fairly large course module published to SCORM 1.2 and you are using LMS Resume Data bookmarking. What might be happening is that you are overloading the amount of data allowed for SCORM 1.2. If that turns out to be the case, I suggest you find out if your LMS would accept SCORM 2014 version 3 output instead as that has a larger allocation for resume data.
