Is it possible to create a page of questions instead of displaying them individually?

Not using quiz question slides, no.

However, you could potentially use multiple interactive objects such as buttons, click boxes or text entry boxes that are set to report separate scores to the quiz.  Basically you'd have to build your own questions.
