Random questions not appearing from question pools in Captivate 9 when published in LMS

I have built a quiz with random question slides from associated question pools. When I preview it is fine but when publishing and testing in Scorm Cloud and Cornerstone LMS randaomisation does not happen. Any solutions will be appreciated

What do you mean by "randomisation does not happen"? Are you simply referring to the issue you mentioned in a different thread today where the problem was that quiz slides are only randomised at module launch and not AFTER that point? If so, that is by design.

Thanks Rod. I have been told that the same questions would appear from the pool if learners were to press the retake button and reattempt. But if they relaunch the module a different random set will appear. So I am thinking of removing the retake button and have an exit button which will close the module and once they relaunch it a random set will appear. If there is any other option I would be interested in testing this. Thanks

No there is really no other option that I am aware of.
