Rollover Highlight Text Caption

Hello,

Is it possible to do, in C8, a Rollover Highlight Text Caption? (Although, not sure if it's the correct terminology)

What I wish to accomplish is this:

When learner places his mouse over the Click to Begin text, the text changes color, let's say to red.

Is it possible, if so, how?

Could this not be a Smartshape button so you can set the colours at various states?

Does the click to begin have an action? Is it a button?

Legend

There is no real rollover event, except for the rollover slidelet area. And

shape buttons have rollover states.
