"Save as Resposive. . ." Disabled

I'm working with Captivate 2017.

I began a new responsive project and assigned a responsive theme. When I tried to save it, the "Save as Responsive. . ." option is grayed out and unavailable. I assume I have set up something incorrect, but as it's my first responsive project I can't figure out what I did wrong.

Save as responsive is meant for a normal existing project. If you choose to

create a responsive project, you only have to save it, will be responsive.
