Testing import powerpoint 2016 with animation and audio - resulting captivate 6 shows animation but no audio

The strange part is the slide time seems to be running based on the audio but the mp3 that is embedded does not play (no audio).  Any ideas.

Trying to import PPT files with audio is not a recommended approach.

The better way to add your audio is within Captivate itself.  In fact the better way to build the content is to build it in Captivate from the ground up.  PPT import is always a compromise that loses something.
