The playbar skins associated with the videos in my Adobe Captivate 9 project doesn't show the full screen button when played in IE, but it shows in Edge, any suggestion how to fix it?

All the videos in my Adobe Captivate 9 projects play no problem.  If you hover on a video while it plays, it shows the playbar at the bottom. I ran it on Edge and all the playbar controls are available including the Full Screen button.  I need to run the project on IE but the playbar doesn't have the Full Screen button in IE.  Has anyone experienced the same issue? Any suggestion?
