Trying to download trial on new Mac air

I got this msg,

We're sorry, but we've detected that your system is using a browser that is not compatible with the Akamai Download Manager.

The requirement says, Safari and I am using Safari...

Any help??

You may be using a newer version of Safari that they can detect.

If they list another acceptable browser for the Mac, download it and try again.

You may also want to search for "Captivate Installer -Akamai" to avoid having to use this download manager.
