Unable to access Assets in Captivate 9 (blank popup)

We installed recently Captivate 9 and we are currently unable to see anything in the current popup. I tested on the trial at home and we are supposed to get an access to some e-learning brothers resources.

Is there a special proxy or network configuration to do prior using this feature?

    Hi,

    Could you please confirm if Geolocation and Scorm preview dialogs work fine in your system.

    Can you try to open Assets dialog in aonther network? for example, if you face the issue in your office network, can you check in your home network.

    Can you please try clearing Captivate9 preferences, re launch and see it helps?

    Please provide the OS and version that you are using.

    Hi Hari,

    Indeed opening outside of corporate network works fine and I am aware there may be firewall issues here and there.

    I can confirm that SCORM preview is not working either as there is no configuration in my knowledge to go through a proxy in Captivate. If I could configure a proxy somewhere it may work.

    I am working on Windows 7 x64 and with Captivate 9 64 bits.

    Hi Regis,

    Inside your corporate network, are you able to open http://cloud.scorm.com/ in your normal web browser(IE or chrome) and launch your course in scorm cloud.
