Unable to launch Adobe Presenter 11 - Trial version on windows 7

I installed the Adobe Presenter 11 trial version on windows 7 machine. However I am unable to launch the application. On launching gives an error message 'Application encountered internal error' If the problem persists, please report on product support forums or contact the support team

Greetings...!

Can you please let me know if you get this issue on launch of PowerPoint or when clicking on any menu in Adobe Presenter Tab? Can you try to run PowerPoint as "Run as Administrator" and check if you get the same issue? I have sent you the private message with our email ID.
