Unable to publish presentation

Hello, I wonder if someone could help me, I am trying to publish a presentation but if I try and preview it, or publish it I get the following error.

You will need to upgrade Adobe Flash Player before using this option. Press OK to install the latest player, or cancel to return to your presentation.

I have tried this on a Windows 8 and Windows 10 laptop and it does the same, even though Flash is built-in. I'm using Adobe Presenter 10 and PowerPoint 2010.

Any ideas?
