Unable to Upgrade Captivate 9 to v 9.01 - Help>Updates Menu Option is Greyed Out

This is slightly bizarre since I've checked for, and downloaded, upgrades for several versions of Captivate in the past, but this time the option is greyed out.

Any idea what could be causing it? I'm starting from version 9.0.0.230, which has been running fine.

I've also been logged in to Adobe while trying to check the feature, so I don't believe it's an account problem.

Hmm, installed update without any issues. Do you have administrator rights?

Absolutely. I will explore along that line, though, thank you. I did replace my boot hard drive recently, so perhaps everything is not EXACTLY as it was, even if it appears to be.
