Unclean edges on smart shape (rectangle)

Hi,

I am using Captivate 9. I have multiple slides with rectangular smart shapes/redboxes. In edit mode, they look perfectly fine. However, in the preview or when opening them in the browser, some of them have one corner where the edges don't line up. I have attached some pictures. In real life the difference is more noticeable. Does anyone had that happen before? It is quite annoying because it looks like my work is sloppy...

Thanks a lot for your all's help.

Do you have the same look when previewing HTML5 in Browsers. Since a while I see that output is better for HTML5.

Did you also check after publishing, because Preview not always offers the same quality as the published version? I don't see much on the screenshots, they are too small. An alternative for the shapes could be to use the Highlight box with a different object style than the default style. Maybe it will look better?

Which exact version of CP9? Make sure to use the latest version 9.0.2.437.

Is the output for SWF or for HTML5? Do you have effects applied to the rectangles?
