Urgent: Phone Gap 3.7.0 not supported

Question

Hi,

I'm using Adobe Captivate 2017 and I am trying to use the "publish for devices (app) feature so I can make my course into an android app. I have created the certificate/key. When I enter the key on phone gap build, and the progress bar for the upload hits 100% I get an error message: Phone gap 3.7.0 not supported. I need an urgent fix for this as my team is planning to complete this project early next week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,Please try to download the XML file from link and replace it under Captivate installation folder give below:Download the XML file from here:Shared Files - Acrobat.comFor Windows 32 Bit Machine:C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 2017\Templates\PublishFor Windows 64 Bit machine:C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 2017 x64\Templates\PublishFor MAC:Applications>Adobe Captivate 2017>Templates>PublishOnce done please try again to publish it to PhoneGap.
