Using Akamai-hosted MP4 within Captivate 9 Web Object and it won't load

Hi folks,

I am attempting to use the Address option in a Web Object in Captivate 9, to surface a MP4 video in a Responsive project. The video is hosted by Akamai and I have tested the link in a Chrome window (outside Captivate) and it loads VERY fast. When I preview the project (Preview > Project), the Web Object appears but it just spins and spins. It appears to never load. I also tested this by uploading to our LMS, registering for the course, and the same thing happens. I have a SmartShape that allows the learner to open the video "full screen" in a new tab and it works within a second of clicking it.

I have a very tight deadline and could use any help and/or suggestions.

UPDATE 2/8/16: I switched the Address option and used the Embed Code instead and it seems to load. Very slow, however something is better than nothing. Anyone have any ideas about the Address type not working?
